More than a sneaker store Get SoleCial is a movement. It blends a modern sneaker marketplace with a community hub where users share looks, vote in polls, and support indie designers. Features include social networking (like Facebook for sneakerheads), a charity give-back program with Soles4Souls, and tools for sellers to gain exposure through featured shops and custom drops.

Patriot Pal: IBM Watson Chatbot (Prototype)

Patriot Pal was developed and deployed as an initial “baby bot” prototype to reduce unwanted support calls and streamline user engagement using IBM Watson. It featured:

• Smart Greeting Flow – Introduced users and identified intent early.
• Support & Lead Capture Funnel – Answered FAQs and guided prospects to HubSpot sign-up.
• Agent Escalation – Fallback to live agent via Five9.

The UI matched our site, supported click & typed input, and integrated Twilio SMS for two-way texting. Unrecognized queries defaulted to a site-wide Google Search. As a foundational prototype, pairing with Watson Discovery or Guru would enhance knowledge retrieval, and we’re exploring a migration to Azure OpenAI for advanced capabilities.
